Case NOT waterproof!

I thought this was a great idea. I’m going on a 2 week trip and planned to take these with me. As a trial run, I placed the drops in the first container slot. Two days later, ready to do a trial run, the compartment filled with some water, melted the drops and rendered them useless. I have just sent a THIRD message in two weeks and have yet to receive a response. Very frustrating!!
