I love the idea of this stuff, like all the other products from this company. I did not actually work as a conditioner for my hair, though. I literally could not tell a difference when I used it compared to when I didn’t use it. If it was more
Moisturizing, and worked to condition/detangle, I’d use it in a heartbeat! 5 stars for the shampoo and body wash, but I won’t reorder this.
Thank you for this product and so glad it healed my dry scalp
I loved the idea of these drops. I've been waiting for someone to make conditioner this way for a long time. But...I'm giving these only 2 stars because they just don't work very well. Even though the conditioner spreads through my hair easily and is a lot of product because of its concentrated nature, when I'm finished my hair is just as frizzy as if I didn't use any conditioner at all. I even let it sit for a while but it didn't make a difference. I recently used some of my old conditioner from a travel plastic bottle that I had left when I went house sitting (containing argan oil; don't know if that matters), and it was such a difference. I'm not an expert in conditioner ingredients so I don't know what works and what doesn't. I just know that these drops don't.
I really wanted to like these shampoo and conditioner pods. We currently use shampoo bars and conditioners and my husband still gripes about it. He wanted the liquid shampoo and conditioner like we used to get in plastic bottles. I was so happy when I found this. I thought if this was easy to use and worked great than we were sold. I tried it first washing our little girl’s hair. I felt I was washing the shampoo down the drain more than the pid was dissolving. So I tried an other pod again and this time really rubbed it on my hands before applying it to her hair. The pod film was still there and I was just going to try and wash her hair and hope I it will dissolve more the more I rubbed it in. I felt like I was picking glops of film out of her hair and made bath time longer by doing so. Next was conditioner and I was hopeful that with it being a thicker consistency that it will help with the film dissolving. It did help a lot! The down side is one pod of shampoo and conditioner is not enough to wash my daughters hair and mine properly. My husband tried it and he was excited about it being liquid but said the fragrance was super strong and more feminine for his taste and burned his eyes. My daughters hair did not feel as conditioned and we had major tangles to deal with until I washed her hair with our old product. Sadly this product just didn’t work for us and we are going back to our shampoo and conditioner bars.
The conditioner drops work really well and I love that I’m using a product that is better for the environment.
