Velvet Hydration Body Lotion

I was very curious to discover how the Velvet Hydration Body Lotion could transform from a pod into a full-size bottle of luxury body lotion. I chose to add the Restore additive pod for extra hydration. I was so surprised how simple it was to just drop the pods into the lovely dispenser bottle included, then add water as directed and shake, turning the pod and additive into a creamy, velvety body lotion that kept my skin hydrated all day. I used the lotion right after using the Lux Lather Body Wash, just the fact of eliminating my use of 2 plastic bottles felt very liberating, just so, so much better for our environment. The packaging was beautiful, environmentally friendly and the quality of the product was definitely tip top. The bottle you add to the pod is beautiful too, it is soft and sleek, feel good in my hand and looks nice on my bathroom counter.

I received a test kit of Sunrise Session new pod-activated lotion and body wash. Loved them both. Added the individual pods and boosters to each silicone container. Filled with water and shook the mixture. I could feel the mixtures thickening after 30 seconds. Let both mixtures sit overnight. The next morning, I had a silky, body wash that sudsed up nicely and thick, creamy lotion. I love the concept of these pods. Effective cleanser and moisturizer. Easy to activate. Good for travel. Plastic free. All good!
